Having traveled extensively, this is the first time I have encountered a restaurant with such poor service. Every item has to be ordered repeatedly and in excessive detail, yet the staff remain inattentive. The food is not fresh, and the hot dishes were poorly presented tilted plates with only a few strands of bamboo shoots and vegetables. The beer served was stale, and the checkout process was extremely slow. Although the fish was spoiled and deducted from the bill, the vegetables were still charged, which is unreasonable.
