Tuyen Le Nhân viên cực kì thái độ, chương trình giảm này kia mỗi bạn tư vấn 1 kiểu, vui thì nói cho bạn biết, còn không thì bạn cứ mua bình thường thôi, tệ nhất là nhân viên thu ngân nhỏ người mặc áo đỏ ngày 02/11/2025 hỏi lại thì trợn mắt lên trả lời kiểu vậy đó chị, giờ chị không chịu thì bên em hủy bill, không giải thích nhiều, nhân viên trực tiếp với khách hàng nói chuyện thua cả nhân viên khi phải gọi lên hỏi cskh tại tổng đài về vấn đề mình muốn biết.
Nếu bạn muốn vui vẻ thoải mái để thử những sp được ghi "try me" trước khi mua thì đừng đến đây sẽ bị dòm ngó, cười cười và bị nói nhỏ nhỏ chỉ này chỉ kia.
Mua sắm thì nên cân nhắc khi đến đây ạ
À và còn về những chương trình đổi quà từ những nhãn hàng ở đây thì không lúc nào còn quà đâu, trừ khi nv vui thì đổi cho bạn

The staff here are unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Every consultant says something different about the promotions. If they’re in a good mood, they’ll tell you about the discounts — if not, they’ll just let you pay full price without mentioning a thing. Whether you get any deal or not completely depends on their mood, not on any actual policy.
When I asked for clarification, they rolled their eyes and answered rudely. One even said, “If you don’t agree, we’ll just cancel your bill,” with zero explanation. Honestly, the call center staff were way more polite and helpful than the ones working directly with customers.
The worst attitude came from the cashier wearing a red shirt on November 2, 2025 — extremely rude and dismissive.
If you want a pleasant, comfortable shopping experience where you can try the “try me” products freely, this is not the place. You’ll feel watched, laughed at, and whispered about.
And as for the gift redemption programs from the brands — don’t get your hopes up. There are never any gifts available unless the staff happen to be in a good mood that day.
