The technicians here are not highly skilled. They overtightened the wheel nuts on a customer’s vehicle, damaging the threads, and then blamed it on additional accessories installed on the bike. They offered no proper solution and only suggested replacing the entire brake assembly or taking it to an outside repair shop to fix the mistake they caused.
The enthusiasm, sense of responsibility, and customer service training at Hoàn Cầu are nowhere near as good as at Tiến Thu.
I would not recommend using their services here.
